Kathleen, a lifelong resident of Connecticut, earned her BFA in Painting and her BS in Art Education from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia. She earned her Master's in Art Education at Central Connecticut State University. She works primarily in oils on canvas but has worked in several other, primarily two-dimensional, media.

 

For several years, Kathleen painted murals in prominent public and private locations throughout the state. Since her graduation from Moore College of Art and Design, she has developed her skills as a professional artist, designer and educator. Her experience extends into course development and arts-based curriculum development, allowing for integration of all subjects into a formidable program with strong artistic merit. She is currently teaching art at Park City Prep Charter School in Bridgeport.

Her work is included in many private collections across the country and in Europe. She also has numerous pieces continually on display in local restaurants in Milford, CT.
